Asynchronous Interaction Tools

We will be using Mattermost, with a specific channel for each item of the Program. On each channel's header, you will find a link to the associated document (e.g. paper) along with a user name and password to access it. You will also find a link to the associated video on the same header. You can read the paper and watch the video in advance. You can also post your questions on the channel in advance. Authors will respond on-demand in this asynchronous phase. You will receive an invitation to join Mattermost starting November 18.

If you didn't receive the email by November 21st, please check your email filters and check that your registration has been confirmed before reseting your password using the email address you have used during the registration at SBC's ECOS. If this does not work, please use the hotline below.

Synchronous Interaction Tools

We will be using Zoom with a single webinar room for the whole main track. The room will be used by authors as scheduled in the Program, with the presentation video being played by the chair and the authors being online to answer questions live and also to comment on the most relevant questions received via the corresponding Mattermost channel. You will receive an invitation to join the event by email starting November 18th.
