Venue

Florianópolis is the capital of the state of Santa Catarina and has the highest Human Development Index among all brazilian capitals (HDI = 0,875, UN, 2000). Well known for its 42 beaches and several other touristic attractions, the island is also home to the Federal University of Santa Catarina, where SBESC 2011 will take place. The event will take place at Auditorium of the Rectory at UFSC.
